At kapok, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items are not quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
